I am beyond excited about the new season, but I’m also feeling quite sad because I know The Chosen will come to an end soon. I’ve read that Jesus’ crucifixion will be portrayed this season. If it’s depicted in any way like in The Passion of the Christ, it might be unbearable to watch.

The real mystery for The Chosen viewers, however, is how much of the story will continue after Jesus’ crucifixion and ascension. Much, I and countless others hope.
